Due to the current COVID-19 situation there may be some delays in the shipping delivery times. Orders may take longer than normal to arrive due to redutions in transporation or restrictions in the country you are ordering from.
I am now shipping two days a week, every tuesday and thursday, in order to avoid going to the post office to many times.
Post within Portugal are now beeing delivered in normal times, taking from 2 to 3 business days using Standart Shipping. International orders may take from 5 to 15 business days, depending if you are ordering from inside or outside of Europe. I can't guarantee these shipping times, but I'll do my best to send your orders the faster I can so they met. You can always had the option to tracked shipping, you can follow your order and the shipping is faster.
Orders sent out of the EU will have a customs label attached. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
If you would like to cancel an order please let me know as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched I can send you a refund. If it has been dispatched please see the below Returns policy.
If you would like to return your items, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. As long as I receive the goods back in the same condition they were sent and within 30 days I can process a refund or exchange. To return your item, please contact us first. The shipping costs for returns are in the responsability of the costumer.
Sale items and Personalised products can not be returned.
